3. WHAT IS OUR MAIN LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.
The legal basis for which we process your personal data is explained in detail in the table under section 2.
The main legal basis for which we collect your personal data is the performance of the contract between you and us. In order to be able to provide a quote and/or provide the services requested, we must collect your personal data, including your address. Our services are provided on location, meaning that we need to visit your house and/or property in order to proceed with the implementation of the contract and/or inspect your house and/or property in order to be able to give a proper quote.
4. THE ENTITIES WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH
We do not shareyour personal data with any other entity and/or person natural or legal. We may share your personal data with any government bodies and/or regulatory authorities provided that we are obligated to do so by law or by an administrative action.

Our database is located in Cyprus, and no personal data is sent outside Cyprus.
6. THE RETENTION PERIOD FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is retained for 10 years after our services are provided and the contract between us is concluded. We retain the data for such time so as to be able to defend ourselves in case of a legal action against us.
